Dustin Soper serves as Corporate Social Media Manager for Spire Hospitality, where he leads social media, digital, and print marketing initiatives across the company’s diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts. In his role, Dustin partners closely with on-property teams while driving corporate-level strategy, ensuring brand consistency, creative excellence, and measurable impact across all marketing channels.
With a strong foundation in both hospitality and entertainment, Dustin brings a dynamic and well-rounded perspective to his work. His experience includes roles with Dimension Hospitality and StepStone Hospitality, as well as global entertainment brands and artists such as Shania Twain and Reba McEntire, in addition to work with Grindr, one of the world’s leading social networking platforms.
Throughout his career, Dustin has led the charge in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for full-service and select-service hotels across major global brands, including DoubleTree by Hilton, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Embassy Suites by Hilton, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, and Renaissance Hotels. His expertise spans social media content creation, digital campaigns, and the development of comprehensive print and digital collateral—including sales materials, catering and F&B menus, branded signage, and complete visual identities for restaurant and bar concepts.
Dustin began his hospitality career in 2016 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nashville Downtown as a Concierge and PBX Operator. His passion and drive quickly propelled him into a Marketing Coordinator role, and ultimately to Social Media Manager. During his time with Hilton, he was awarded the Hilton Travel with Purpose Grant and recognized as Hilton’s Top Interactive Social Media Team Member in 2017. He was also selected for the prestigious “Hilton Suggests Explore” program, showcasing his deep knowledge of Nashville and ability to connect guests with authentic local experiences.
In April 2019, Dustin joined StepStone Hospitality as Corporate Social Media and E-Commerce Manager, where he played a key role in elevating the digital presence of a wide range of properties across the portfolio.
Since joining Spire Hospitality in August 2022, Dustin has continued to make a significant impact through innovative strategy, compelling storytelling, and a highly collaborative approach. His contributions earned him the Impact Award at Spire’s Leadership Conference in 2023. In 2024, he was named one of Hotel Management’s “Forty Over 40,” recognizing his leadership and ongoing influence within the hospitality industry.
Outside of work, Dustin is a passionate photographer who enjoys capturing moments through his lens, exploring new destinations, spending time in New York City, and creating meaningful memories with friends.
