Congratulations to Emily Rance, Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nashville Downtown on being named one of Hotel Management’s Thirty under 30 for 2025!
Emily has an unparalleled work ethic with a genuine passion for hospitality, making her a valued asset to the hotel and Spire Hospitality, and Spire has leaned on her expertise this year to help transition two hotels into the Spire portfolio. She thrives on understanding her clients’ needs, anticipating challenges, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Previously, she held roles with Hilton Nashville Downtown as Sales and Catering Coordinator and with Viewline Resort Snowmass, Autograph Collection, as Hotel Operations Manager. Her career also includes Event Management positions at Boston Marriott Copley Place, CrossKeys Vineyards, and Spotswood Country Club.
A graduate of James Madison University with a degree in Hospitality Management, Emily believes in continuing education and holds a country club management certificate from the Club Managers Association of America and is a Marriott Event Specialist. Her experience brings a strong blend of operational expertise and event planning, giving her a unique perspective to her craft when working with clients.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys hiking, reading, exploring Nashville’s vibrant music and food scene, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
