Stephanie Box

Making an impact is what made Stephanie Box Vice President of Operations choose a career in hospitality. Being able to mentor and develop team members as they start in the industry and be part of their career growth is one of Stephanie’s passions. Her belief in partnering with the team’s success will in turn drive commitment for overall hotel performance.

With over 20 years of industry experience, she has worked with several brands, such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Starwood and well as Independent Hotels. Working her way up in the industry herself she has held several operations positions gaining her experience in all aspects of the business.

Stephanie was with Pillar Hotels and Resorts as Regional Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations and then joined Aimbridge Hospitality as Vice President of Operations with oversight of over 100 hotels.

Most recently she was Senior Vice President of Operations for Highgate Hotels. During this time, she has worked on several transitions and repositioning of hotels to drive performance.
