Nate Swanson

Nate joins us most recently from Virgin Hotels where he was the Corporate Director of People. He brings 15 years of Hospitality Human Resources Leadership both in the hotels and at the corporate level. Nate has a strong background in driving Culture, Property Transitions, and Recruiting and has experience both in the U.S. and internationally. Nate has also worked with Thompson Dallas Hotel, Two Roads Hospitality, and Sofitel. Before that Nate served 8 years in the Army National Guard. Nate is a strong advocate for community service programs as well. He has earned his BA – Communications degree from Western Illinois University with an emphasis on Human Relations.
