Working in cooperation with the development team from our sister company AWH, Spire has helped complete the rebranding renovation and total repositioning of nearly $200,000,000 including capital improvements in our portfolio.

We work with owners to create, plan and execute effective capital improvements that enhance and protect the long-term value of every asset from the initial concept phase, through planning and design, brand approval and implementation, to completion. Spire can also work with the owner’s development team to execute effective, cost appropriate repositioning strategies.
